Parkgate Primary School – Consultation on Admission Arrangements 2027/28

Parkgate Primary School is consulting on proposed admission arrangements for the academic year 2027/28, and beyond. This is in accordance with the Admissions Code, given that the last consultation took place in 2018 for this school.

The consultation period will take place from 8th December 2025 until 16th January 2026. During this period, the proposed policy will be posted on the school website and that of the Local Authority. The school will also consult via Social Media, letters to parents, primary and secondary headteachers and Coventry Local Authority.

The school is not changing its admissions policy and admissions will continue to be coordinated through the Coventry LA’s Coordinated Scheme.

During the period of consultation, the school would welcome comments on the proposed policy all of which will be carefully considered, by the governing body, prior to final approval of the policy in February 2026.
